Core Gameplay
Fruit Gravity Arc: Plum Torrent challenges you to slice a continuous stream of plums and small pluots. The control method is a horizontal-only swipe (left-right) with an automatic vertical return; this simplifies gameplay for one-handed use. Each fruit requires a single clean slice. The goal is to achieve a score of 100 points within a time limit (starting at 45 seconds), with missed fruits reducing the time by two seconds.
Levels & Content Design
This product includes 250 levels. Early levels have slow, predictable drops. Later levels introduce pluots that fall in curved arcs, and occasional “speed bursts” where four fruits fall at once. The level progression is linear and complete at launch. No updates are promised, but the time-attack structure provides replayability through faster completion.
Visuals & Experience
The visual style is minimalist, with solid-colour fruits on a dark background (reducing eye strain). Plums have a purple gradient, pluots a reddish-purple. Slice animations produce a brief glow trail. The frame rate is locked at 60fps on capable devices. Haptic feedback on each slice is optional. The interface shows a large timer and score.
Key Features
A “time freeze” power-up appears as a silver plum; slicing it pauses the timer for three seconds while fruit continues to fall. A hint line shows the predicted fall path of the next fruit. Offline mode works fully. No leaderboards or social features. An accessibility option reduces swipe sensitivity.
User Value
Players may find this game useful for quick reaction training in a low-stakes environment. The horizontal-only control reduces complexity. No claims about real-world skill transfer are made.
Usage Scenarios
Suitable for standing in queues, during short subway rides, or as a one-minute activity between tasks. The simplified controls make it easy to play with gloves (on capacitive screens).
