Core Gameplay
Stone Fruit Gravity Cutter: Cherry Falls puts you in control of a slicing arc that follows your finger or stylus. Cherries, plums, apricots, and nectarines fall under simulated gravity. Each fruit must be sliced cleanly; cherries appear in pairs that separate after one cut. The objective is to achieve a target number of slices per level while allowing no more than four missed fruits. A “stone” (pit) remains after slicing some fruits—touching the pit does not end the game but adds no points.
Levels & Content Design
This product includes 270 levels distributed across nine orchards. Early levels feature single fruit drops with predictable arcs. Later levels introduce paired cherries that bounce off each other, and occasional “wind gusts” that shift fall paths. The level set is complete at launch; no additional levels are guaranteed. Each level’s target score increases progressively, offering a clear sense of advancement.
Visuals & Experience
The art style uses soft pastel backgrounds with detailed tree branches at the top of the screen. Fruit sprites have subtle shadows to enhance depth perception. Slice animations produce a brief flash and a gentle split effect. Frame rate remains smooth across supported devices, and touch latency is kept low. The interface displays only essential counters: score, misses left, and level number.
Key Features
A “pit avoid” warning system highlights stones with a faint red outline for one second. A practice mode replays any completed level without affecting your main progress. Offline play is fully supported. There is no global leaderboard; only personal bests are stored locally. An optional timer display can be turned on for those who wish to track their speed.
User Value
Players may find the game helpful for hand-eye coordination and quick visual scanning. The predictable progression offers a low-stress activity for short periods. No claims of therapeutic or cognitive benefits are made.
Usage Scenarios
Suitable for waiting at a bus stop, during a short work break, or as a calming activity before a meal. The ability to pause at any moment makes it practical for unpredictable schedules.
